These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website alarvork.com (the “Website”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Who we are

The Website is operated by Abacto Consulting OÜ (trading as Alar Võrk — Sales Architect), registry code 12833142, registered at Alliklepa küla, Lääne-Harju vald, Harju maakond, Estonia (“we”, “us”, “our”). Contact: alar@alarvork.com.

2. Purpose of the Website

The Website provides information about our sales consulting, advisory, and training services (including the Mechanics of the Sales Engine™ programme) and allows you to contact us or book an introductory call. The content is for general information only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or business advice on which you should rely without a separate engagement.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to:

  • use it in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its server, or connected systems;
  • introduce malicious code or otherwise interfere with the Website’s operation;
  • submit false information through the contact or booking forms, or use them to send spam or unlawful content.

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, images, the Mechanics of the Sales Engine™ name and framework, and the overall design — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal or internal business use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.

5. Bookings and enquiries

Submitting the contact form or booking a call does not create a contract for services. Any engagement for consulting, advisory, or training services will be governed by a separate written agreement between you (or your organisation) and us. In the event of any conflict, that engagement agreement prevails over these Terms in respect of the services.

The Website links to and uses third-party services (for example, our LinkedIn profile, the Calendly booking tool, and the Web3Forms contact-form service). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of third-party websites or services. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms. How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer / no warranties

The Website is provided “as is” and “as available”. While we take care to keep the information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties or representations, express or implied, as to its completeness, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Estonian law.

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data in accordance with the GDPR.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Website or these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Estonian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.
